We’re thinking about renting our home. Is there anything special we need to consider?
Yes. Lease terms must be disclosed to the homeowners association at least ten days before the lease is presented to a potential lessee and any final lease must be given to the Board for review. Lease terms must not be less than six months and must cover an entire site. For more information, please see the bylaws, Article VI, Section 22. Short term rentals (less than six months) are not allowed.
